To integrate Wix with Group Doorman, you’ll need to install our Chrome extension for the group you’re currently managing. You’ll also need a Wix account.
Adding Wix to Group Doorman integrations
1. Let’s kick things off by opening Group Doorman and navigating to the Manage groups tab (1). Once you’re there, simply click on the +Add integration button (2) and you’ll be well on your path to setting up your integration seamlessly.
2. Next, take a look at the list of integrations that are available, scroll down, find Wix, and click on it.
Adding API Key
3. To get started, access your Wix profile. Simply select the website located in the upper-left corner of the page, then copy Site ID from the navigation bar.
4. Now click on your profile located in the upper-right corner of the page, then locate the account settings menu item.
5. Click API Keys in the sidebar.
6. Next, simply click on the Generate API Key when it appears.
7. Now, enter a name for the API Key, check All site permissions, and click on the Generate Key button.
8. Copy the API key and click close.
9. While staying on the API Keys page, locate the Account ID section and click Copy ID.
10. Go to the Group Doorman form and paste your API Key, Account ID and Site ID into the corresponding fields, then click Save and Continue.
Adding a label at Group Doorman
11. In the Group Doorman form, fill in the appropriate field with the name of the label. This label will be transferred to Wix by Group Doorman when creating a contact.
Completion of setup
15. Create custom fields by clicking Create fields for answers to store questions and answers data in Group Doorman. Once you do this, select the generated fields in the corresponding inputs. Once you have finished managing, simply click on Save and close button (4).
